officially consolidated text, 64\/16 &#8211; decision of the Supreme Court and 20\/18 &#8211; OROZ631), Website and store development, Ur\u0161a Cajhen S.P., (hereinafter: the controller), to collect and process the provided personal data in accordance with the purpose defined below.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/div><\/div><div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dc017ac elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dc017ac\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\"><div class=\"elementor-widget-container\"><p>User, within the meaning of this Privacy Policy, means a user of the services offered and implemented by the operator, a visitor to the website ursacajhen.si (hereinafter: the website), a subscriber to e-newsletters, free e-manuals and other (free) products, a person who fills out and sends a message via the contact form on the website, or a person who orders any of the services offered by the website operator.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/div><div class=\"elementor-widget-container\"><p>We will process the personal data provided confidentially, carefully and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC) as amended and supplemented (hereinafter: GDPR) and the applicable law governing the protection of personal data.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>The data we collect and process are those entered by the user when registering for e-newsletters or free e-manuals and other (free) products of the administrator, in a message via the contact form on the website, in a registration form on the website, thereby ordering one of the services offered by the website administrator, namely: name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Data collection is carried out in the following ways:<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>non-personal information:<br \/>we automatically collect device data or other log data when you use our services,<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>personal data:<br \/>We obtain data if you explicitly provide it to us, namely: by subscribing to e-newsletters, by subscribing to free e-manuals or other (free) products, by submitting an individual contact form (message, inquiry) on the website, by subscribing to a form on the website for one of the website operator&#8217;s services, by personally signing your consent or a statement given to you in personal communication with the website operator, or by sending an e-mail in which you provide your data.<\/li><\/ul><p>Providing personal data is not a requirement for visiting the hanabatic.si website. Until the moment of providing personal data (such as name, surname, email address, telephone number, etc.), all data that we automatically obtain when you visit our website is anonymous data and we cannot and do not determine the identity of the user.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>By subscribing to the newsletter, you agree that we collect personal data about you that you provided to us when you registered. The personal data we collect in this regard are: name, surname and your email address. We will send you newsletters to your email address until you unsubscribe or until the business entity ceases to operate.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>A user who has downloaded free e-manuals and other (free) products from the website, who has entered a message via an individual contact form (message) on the website, or who has registered for any of the website administrator&#8217;s services via the registration form on the website, agrees to also receive notifications (e-newsletters) from the administrator, from which they can unsubscribe at any time.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Purpose and use of personal data<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>The controller processes personal data (name and surname, email address, telephone number) exclusively for the following purposes:<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>1. for sending e-mails (e-newsletters) to inform about new products, services, new content on the website, promotions, benefits, discounts,<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>2. for keeping records of service users<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>3. to review and analyze the activities of individuals in sent e-mails (which e-mails the individual opened, which ones they read, which links they clicked on, how long they read individual content and whether they recommended it to anyone),<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>4. to segment individuals based on their email activity, who receive personalized emails based on their activity (this means that different individuals may receive emails with different content), in order to achieve a higher level of responsiveness to sent emails,<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>5. for making payments between the operator and the user;<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>6. to respond to inquiries or requests for the purchase of services\/products offered by the website operator,<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>7.to respond to other questions and inquiries submitted via the contact form on the website.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Based on this, we generate additional data so that we can provide you with offers tailored to your needs and so that we can further improve our website and services in the future.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>All personal data management is intended solely for the controller&#8217;s internal records and is not provided to third parties.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>The Controller uses the personal data of users in accordance with the purposes listed in this section of the subject document. A user who signs up for news notifications will not be treated as a user who submits a request for services, nor will the latter be automatically included among the recipients of news notifications unless they specifically decide to do so.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>We process the following personal data:<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>identification data, which primarily includes your first and last name, username and password, and VAT ID if you are a legal entity;<\/li><li>contact information, which includes personal data that allows us to contact you, in particular your email address, telephone number, billing address;<\/li><li>data about your online habits, in particular data about the devices from which you access the Internet, such as IP address and its associated location, device ID, its technical parameters, such as operating system, version, screen resolution, selected browser and its version, and data obtained from cookies and similar device recognition technologies;<\/li><li>data about your behavior in connection with reading the messages we send you, in particular the time it takes to open the message and data about the devices from which you access the Internet, its technical parameters, such as the operating system, version, selected browser and its version;<\/li><\/ul><p>We process your personal data in different situations for different purposes. If you visit our websites, where we also use cookies, we use your data primarily to determine the number of visitors and improve our services.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>If you sign up for the newsletter, we collect your information for the purpose of sending occasional newsletters.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>We have the right to process your personal data based on the preparation or performance of a contract with you, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate requests, or your consent.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>As part of our activities, we process personal data for various purposes and to varying extents, namely:<\/p><ul><li>without your consent based on the performance of a contract, our legitimate interest or for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations,<\/li><li>based on your consent.<\/li><\/ul><p>The type of data processing we can carry out without your consent depends on the purpose for which the relevant processing is related and your relationship with us \u2013 whether you are just a visitor to our website, submit an inquiry or send a message via the contact form. We may also process your data if you are the recipient of services ordered from us or if you communicate with us.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Legal basis<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>We collect personal data based on your consent.<\/p><p>Individual consent pursuant to point (a) of Article 6(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>The provider collects, processes and stores the provided data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Data storage<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>We store personal data (name, surname, email address, phone number) that you provided to us when subscribing to e-newsletters, subscribing to free e-manuals or other (free) products, in the contact form (message) on the website, in the application form on the website for any of the website operator&#8217;s services, in the declaration of consent that was given to you in personal communication with the website operator or via your email in which you provide your data, until you revoke your consent. You can revoke your consent to the processing of personal data at any time.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing prior to withdrawal. All other personal data within the framework of contractual cooperation is stored in accordance with applicable law.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Information on the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>You can file a complaint with the Information Commissioner:<br \/>(address: Dunajska 22, 1000 Ljubljana, e-mail: gp.ip@ip-rs.si, phone: 012309730, website: www.ip-rs.si).<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Provision of personal data<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>We will not share your personal data with third parties and will not disclose it publicly, except to selected contractual partners who are also bound by the GDPR. We are obliged by law to share your personal data with state and other authorities or officials who may request the sharing of your personal data based on their legal authority. We will not share your personal data with a third country or organization.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>We use the MailerLite provider to send e-newsletters, where the following data is stored: first name, last name and email address. This secondary list (data) is stored with the MailerLite provider only for the purpose of sending (weekly) e-newsletters and e-messages (e.g. offers, promotions, news, automated emails, campaigns, etc.).<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>User responsibility regarding the provision of personal data<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>The administrator is not responsible for the accuracy of the data entered by the user. In the event that the user registers another person, the user is liable for damages and assumes passive legitimacy in the event of a dispute.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>If a person is under the age of majority, they need permission from their parents or guardians to provide personal data.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Rights regarding the protection of personal data<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>In accordance with the GDPR, an individual has the right to request access to personal data and the following information from the website operator at any time:<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>purposes of processing<\/li><li>types of personal data,<\/li><li>the users or categories of users to whom personal data has been or will be disclosed,<\/li><li>the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored or, if this is not possible, the criteria used to determine this period,<\/li><li>the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, the reasons for it, as well as the significance and envisaged consequences of such processing for the individual,<\/li><li>a free copy of the personal data in a format specified by the individual (if the request is made by electronic means of communication and does not request otherwise, the copy shall be provided in electronic form). For additional copies requested, the controller may charge a reasonable fee, taking into account t<\/li><li>rectification of inaccurate personal data (right to rectification), restriction of processing where the individual disputes the accuracy of the personal data, for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data,<\/li><li>information whether the processing is unlawful and opposes the erasure of personal data and instead requests the restriction of their use, the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but the individual needs them for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims,<\/li><li>deletion of all personal data (right to be forgotten), if the conditions set out in Article 17 of the GDPR are met, and in particular in the case of withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data,<\/li><li>printout of personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, with the right to transmit this data to another controller without hindrance from the original controller,<\/li><li>cessation of the use of personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling,<\/li><li>request not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning him or her or similarly significantly affects him or her, provided that the conditions set out in Article 22 of the GDPR are met,<\/li><li>the right to lodge a complaint against the controller with the Information Commissioner if they believe that the processing of personal data violates the GDPR.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>The process of exercising individual rights<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>The user may submit all of the above-mentioned requests regarding the exercise of rights in relation to personal data in writing to the controller, namely to the e-mail address: info@ursacajhen.si. The controller may request additional information from the user for the purposes of reliable identification in the event of exercising rights in relation to personal data, and may refuse to take action only if it proves that it cannot reliably identify the user. The controller must respond to the user&#8217;s request to exercise his or her rights in relation to the above-mentioned personal data without undue delay and no later than within one month of receiving the request.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Changing the Privacy Policy<\/strong><\/p><p>The privacy policy may change depending on changes in applicable regulations, so please read it every
